The national non-profit fund will be managed by the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province. It will receive and use financial resources in fishery development, fishing port infrastructure, processing facilities, logistics, building projects for natural disaster prevention and control, and serving people in Truong Sa district.

Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee Dinh Van Thieu said, "The Decree states that the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund contributed by individuals, groups, provinces, and cities, will serve economic activities and people in Truong Sa Island district."
