(VOVworld) – VOV has always paid attention to foreign information in its development strategy, helping overseas Vietnamese and other countries better understand about the Vietnamese nation, its people, and culture. VOV President Nguyen Dang Tien made the statement at a working section with the Vietnamese Embassy in Prague on Monday.

He also briefed the embassy on the inauguration of a VOV bureau in the Czech Republic on Tuesday and expressed his wish that the embassy will continue to provide timely support for the bureau.
Vietnamese Ambassador Truong Manh Son said foreign information service plays a key role in national construction and defense, insisting that the opening of the VOV Prague Office will enhance the prestige of the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic, preserve national cultural identities, speed up the international integration, and contribute to the development of the resident country.
