VOV presents awards for contests on Party, Party resolution

Addressing the award ceremony, VOV President Do Tien Sy hailed the practical significance of the contests. He said, 'Many entries are from people above 80, students, and even visually impaired people. Their opinions are valuable in turning Party’s Resolutions into life in a rapid, efficient, practical, and lively manner.'

The contest “the Party in my life” attracted Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad as well as foreigners living and working in Vietnam. It opened for entries from March to July. 41 awards were presented.

Le Reo from Thanh Hoa province’s Trieu Son District, won the first prize, 'As a Party member, I want to show my responsibility to implement the Party Politburo Directive 05 on learning President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle. My entry has 110 pages with images and information for readers in a hope that we should continue learning from President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle to fulfil their mission. It took me one month to complete the work, including time for taking photograph, collecting documents, and editing content.'   

In the contest “Realizing Party Resolution”, 28 awards were presented. VOV News reporters won the Gold Prize.
