The event was jointly held by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, and the Nam Dinh People’s Committee.

The seminar aimed to identify the role of innovation in building a digital economy from technology solutions to promote innovation and develop the local digital economy for expanding specific local industries based on digital platforms.

Also high on the agenda of the workshop was how to fully tap the potential of the ecosystem of innovation to create momentum for the digital economy.

A number of issues were raised such as how to create an environment of innovation and breakthrough thinking and explore creative solutions to build a business digital ecosystem, smart data protection and monitoring systems.

The speakers shared the successes and challenges they have encountered in applying innovation to existing business models by taking advantage of new opportunities in the digital era.

The meeting offered a venue to connect the public and private sectors where businesses could meet and discuss directly with central and local management agencies to boost exchange and cooperation in the development of the digital economy.
