Danang – a city of bridges

(VOV) - The central city of Danang is experiencing rapid changes as part of its drive towards modernisation. Its beautiful bridges are vivid examples of Danang’s dynamic development.

Eight modern bridges span the evocative banks of Danang’s Han River. A ninth will be built for pedestrians this year.

Han River Bridge is one the most renowned, symbolising Danang’s renovation process.

Dragon Bridge is taking shape. It will transport tourists from Danang International Airport to the city’s beautiful beach resorts like My Khe and Non Nuoc.

Tran Thi Ly Bridge, a Y-shaped design, includes a tower at its centre that offers tourists a panoramic view of the city through an internal elevator system.

Thuan Phuoc Bridge- the longest suspension bridge in Vietnam- connects the river’s eastern and western banks.
