Mid Autumn festival celebration in Hanoi’s Old Quarter

(VOVworld) – On the occasion of the Mid Autumn festival 2016, the Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board hosted a number of cultural activities, including a Mid-autumn photo show by photographer Le Bich and a ‘making traditional toys” experience at Kim Ngan Temple in Hang Bac Street, and a traditional mid-autumn festival exhibit at an the ancient house at 87 Ma May street. These events allow visitors to watch artisans make traditional toys and other items, and learn about their cultural meaning. The exhibits will run until September 15.
