VOV5’s spring charity program in Can Nong border commune
(VOVworld) – Every year when spring comes, the Overseas Service of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV5) holds charity trips to present Tet gifts to people in poor border areas of the North. This year, VOV5 presented gifts to 253 students, 50 teachers and 120 poor households in Can Nong commune, Cao Bang province.
