Lunar New Year reminds of Vietnamese cultural values
(VOVWORLD) - “Tet is a very special occasion for us to practice cultural values and understand better these values. Cultural identity gives us more confidence to integrate internationally.” VOV5's special New Year feature on the last day of the Year of Tiger will tell you how Vietnamese, no matter where they may be, are preserving and spreading Vietnamese cultural values, including the traditional Tet.
A procession departs from Heritage House (87 Ma May), passes through many streets, and stops at Kim Ngan Communal House (42 – 44 Hang Bac street). It's part of a program called 'Vietnamese Tet - Old Quarter's New Year 2023' in Hanoi's Old Quarter, which will run until February 28. (Photo: Thanh Tung/VNA) |
