(VOVworld) -  The 2^nd old book festival opened on Saturday in Hanoi’s Dong Da district with the participation of 10 individuals and organizations involved in exchanging and trading old books nationwide. Several famous book stores including East-West Library and Old Book Store Thuan Hoa of Hue city also took part in the festival for the first time. Nguyen Minh Tuan is Business Director of Alphabooks, the festival organizer: "This year’s festival is organized on a larger scale from last year. And we’ll organize more similar festivals in the future. The first festival was well received by readers. Through such events, we want to promote the reading culture in public and introduce to readers precious books that can hardly be found in bookstores elsewhere."
