(VOVworld) – The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will open the 5^th National Creative Youth Festival this Saturday to encourage the youth’s creativity in researching and applying science and technology for socio-economic development.

The Union will hail young officers who have made contributions to professional administrative procedures and 10 youth works in the 2007-2012 period. The week-long festival will include exhibition of the youth works and projects, talks on the youth’s creativity, and a ceremony to grant “Creative Youth” award.
