Abbas hopes to soon reach agreement with Israel
(VOVworld) - Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas said on Thursday that he hopes Palestine and Israel will reach an agreement on all key issues in the coming 6 to 9 months. In a joint press conference with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, who is visiting the Middle East, Abbas said recent bilateral talks covered all key issues including borders, Jerusalem, settlements, refugees, security, and prisoners.

Abbas was quoted as saying that until now they haven’t spoken about what happened in the talks, hoping that there would be outcome in the next couple of days.
