Taking care of disabled children

(VOVworld) - The Vietnam Association in Support of Disabled People and Orphans mark its 20^th founding anniversary in Hanoi on Sunday. At the event, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan reiterated the Party and state’s viewpoint of economic development and welfare. She said Vietnam has made remarkable achievements in poverty reduction and taking care of the disabled people and orphans. Ms. Doan also praised the association’s contributions and urged for more efforts to expand its networks, promote role models and launch patriotic emulation campaign.
