On Wednesday, members of the Central Theoretical Council discussed the consultation report on enhancing the Party leadership in the mass mobilization work. Le Huu Nghia, Vice President of the Council stressed the importance of lessons learned from the mass mobilization work. “It’s crucial to be persistent to the Party’s viewpoint of considering the revolution as the cause of the people, by the people and for the people. All activities of the Party must be based on people’s interests and aspiration. The Party’s strength is reflected in its relationship with the people. Bureaucracy, corruption and neglecting people will be resulted in serious losses for the revolution, socialism and the Party. It’s important to consider mass mobilization the key task of the whole political system”, said Mr. Nghia.

The same day, the delegates discussed the political system reforms in Vietnam. The session will wrap up on Thursday.
