(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s central provinces attracted many large-scale FDI projects in 2013, according to Trinh Minh Van, director of the central region’s Investment Promotion Center under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Examples include a project to construct an automobile spare-parts factory for a Russian limited company called the Bus Industrial Center with a total investment of 1 billion USD. Another project is the Vung Ro oil refinery whose investment capital has increased to 3.2 billion USD from 1.7 billion USD.
