Cruise ship brings 1,800 international tourists to Da Nang
(VOVWORLD) - The luxury cruise ship Resorts World One brought 1,800 British, Australian, Canadian, Chinese, and Malaysian tourists to Da Nang’s Tien Sa port on Wednesday. This is the second time this year the ship has berthed at Da Nang.

Built in Germany, Resorts World One is a modern cruise ship which can accommodate 2,000 passengers.
Mr. Dương Đức Xuân, Deputy General Director of Da Nang Port, stated: “The cruises we have served mostly travel within Asia. Our management board and employees at Đà Nẵng Port will continue to strengthen customer trust with the support of the local administration.”
During their one-day stay in Da Nang, passengers visited Sun World Ba Na Hills, Son Tra Linh Ung pagoda, the Museum of Cham Sculpture, and Hoi An ancient town and the My Son sanctuary, both in Quang Nam province. The ship left Da Nang the same evening.
Over the past 9 months, Da Nang port has received 19 international passenger ships with 19,500 passengers. It will welcome 11 more ships with more than 10,000 passengers between now and the end of the year.
