Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Vinh told reporters on Friday that Vietnam believes that ASEAN’s pending decisions must be implemented no matter the joint declaration is available or not. ASEAN members must foster unity and perform its role and contribution in regional priorities, including the building of an ASEAN Community, cementing regional links for peace, stability and cooperation.
