The Deputy PM urged the municipal authorities to take better care of children at any time, not just on special occasions.
He said the Center needs to mobilize social investment to upgrade its facilities and its teachers and staff need to promote their role, not only as teachers but also as parents of the children.
Tam Binh Children's Protection Center is currently nurturing 186 children from birth to over 16 years old, including 57 children with disabilities.
