Tran Van Hong, Chairman of Ha Long Cruise Ship Association, said: “Cruise ship business has resumed. Some damaged ships are undergoing urgent repairs. In the past few days, business owners have also proactively fixed the problem, ensuring equipment, aesthetics and absolute safety for tourists. Like today, it must also reach 50% of ship operating capacity.”
