(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has promised to urge relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies to effectively implement cooperative agreements between Vietnam and Laos to create breakthroughs in bilateral economic, trade, investment and education cooperation. Speaking at a meeting with Lao Deputy Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad in Hanoi on Thursday, Phuc proposed that the Lao government speed up the implementation of bilateral trade agreements for the 2008-2015 term. He expressed his hope that the Lao government will cooperate in seeking resources to enhance transport links between the two countries.
