(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Wednesday met with Frederic Sanchez, French President of the Vietnamese sub-committee of the French Business Confederation and 30 French business leaders currently visiting Viet Nam.

Phuc said he considers France one of Viet Nam's most important economic partners. Bilateral trade totaled 2.8 billion USD last year.  Sanchez said Viet Nam, as a destination for investment, was a priority for French businesses, adding that he hoped the government would continue providing preferential policies for French investors.
