(VOVworld) - The Green Food Fair 2012 will be held at Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts from November 24^th to 28^th. This is the first time Hanoi hosts such a large scale green food fair with an aim to raise public awareness of environmental protection and a healthy diet. At a press conference yesterday, organizers said the event will include a variety of cultural and culinary activities. The fair also features 25 stalls with green and agricultural products, green vegetables, vegetarian and functional foods. Nguyen Thi Thanh Loan, CEO of Hy Ma Lap Son Company and Deputy Head of the Organizing Board said: “This year fair will feature more than 100 vegetarian foods of northern, central, and southern Vietnam and foreign countries. There will be discussions on vegetarianism and health, and Yoga classes.”

In addition, the Green Food Fair 2012 also includes “cooking with the stars” contest, free cooking lessons, and gifts giving.
