(VOVworld) – At a meeting with Prince Andrew on Monday, Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee Chairman Le Hoang Quan said that HCM City welcomes more investment and tourists from the UK.

Quan said he hopes Prince Andrew, in his position, will continue to promote HCM City  to people and enterprises in the UK and said recent visits by high-level British delegations have boosted cooperation and assisted HCM city in many fields, particularly using the private-public partnership model.

Prince Andrew said the UK is ready to use its experience and advantages to assist Vietnam in all fields, especially in supporting young people.
Prince Andrew said the UK will implement specific projects to help Vietnam and HCM City in science, technology, engineering, and the support industry.
Those projects, which will focus on young entrepreneurs and the development of startups, will be implemented in many localities like HCM City.
