Ho Chi Minh’s legacy honored as values illuminating current renewal process
(VOVWORLD) -A Hanoi workshop on Friday highlighted sustainable value of Ho Chi Minh's legacy including national independence coupled with socialism, which is the goal, aspiration, and the only right path of the Vietnamese revolution.

The event marked the 35th anniversary of UNESCO passing a Resolution honoring President Ho Chi Minh.
Dr. Le Trung Kien of the Institute of Ho Chi Minh and Party leaders, said:“President Ho Chi Minh made a contribution to the mankind. The awarding of the title by UNESCO aims to develop humans comprehensively in terms of integrity, goodness and beauty. The development regardless of skin color and ethnicity, all are created conditions in a common community to aim for, for the sake of peace, for the prosperous and happy life of all people as President Ho Chi Minh's Declaration of Independence read in 1945 as Independence-Freedom-Happiness."
