The week long event aims to improve people’s awareness of the importance of lifelong learning, create a learning society, remove obstacles, and create opportunities for people from every social strata to access education. The major activities include a photo exhibition of President Ho Chi Minh, seminars, visits to educational centers, and awards ceremonies for individuals and organizations for excellent results.
