(VOVworld)- A ceremony to mark the 20^th anniversary of Scientific Council of Central Party Agencies took place in Hanoi on Saturday. In his address, Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, highlighted the council’s achievements and its contributions over the past 20 years. Huynh said:“The Scientific Council of Central Party Agencies needs to fine-tune its organizations and reform its activities. We need to focus on researching practical issues of the nation”.
