At the meeting with voters in Nga Bay city, Hau Giang province, in preparation for the year-end session of the National Assembly, Chairman Man informed the voters about advantages and achievements in socio-economic development and current difficulties in the global context.

He said law-making must come from reality, learn from experience, take people and businesses as the center, and promptly remove obstacles right at the grassroots.

Mr. Man underscored the need to promptly detect and address the difficulties and obstacles from the commune, district and provincial levels, especially to promote socio-economic development, take care of people’s lives, and resolve bottlenecks.

“Whatever the commune, district or provincial administrations can do, you must do immediately without waiting for the central directives,” said the NA chief.

The eighth session will deliberate many important laws such as the draft amended Law on Health Insurance, the revised Law on Teachers and the Law on Employment, said Chairman Man.
