Man and the NA delegation were introduced to the center, where training programs are conducted through self-learning, workshops, and project experiments with 14 learning targets. Through a unique blend of exploration, self-study, practical workshops, and expert-led labs, young people develop practical skills in areas ranging from programming and robotics to music, graphic design, and others.

To date, TUMO has expanded its networks with centers in several cities around the world.
Speaking highly of the TUMO model, the top legislator of Vietnam required Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to direct the consideration of establishing similar creative technology centers in Vietnam.

Earlier the same day, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha held talks with Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.

The two leaders discussed strategies to strengthen bilateral relations, including improving transportation links and multimodal logistics to facilitate trade between the two nations and broader markets in Asia and Europe. They also explored preferential visa policies to ease travel for citizens of both countries. Additionally, they agreed on the importance of establishing an Intergovernmental Committee to address economic and trade-related challenges.
