(VOVworld) – The 11^th plenary session of the National Assembly’s Ethnic Council opened in Hanoi from May 15-19 to discuss important issues in preparation for the 9^th session of the 13^th National Assembly.
Chairman of the Ethnic Council Ksor Phuoc said they will debate a report on the implementation of ethnic policies and a report on activities of the Ethnic Council since the NA’s 8^th session. The Ethnic Council will review many important draft laws to be submitted and debated at the NA’s 9^th session including the revised Civil Code, the revised Criminal Code, and the draft Law on Referendum.
