(VOV) - The National Clubs Canoeing and Rowing Tournament will be held from March 6-15 in Dong Xanh Lake in Da Nang city. The event attracts 228 athletes from 20 teams.

Nguyen Hai Duong, General Secretary of the Viet Nam Canoeing, Rowing and Sailing Federation says: "The event is part of the federation’s system of selecting the best athletes for the national teams to compete in international tournaments this year, including this year’s Southeast Asian Games and ASIAD in 2014."

Imexpan Pacific-IPP Company will be the main sponsor of the event.
