(VOVworld) - The Foreign Ministry held a national conference in Hanoi on Sunday to review foreign affairs in local provinces for development and integration.

Speaking in the event, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh called for practical measures to ensure consensus approach in foreign affairs from central to local levels. Delegates discussed renovation in international integration mindset to make it embedded with local development strategy while improving professional skills in foreign languages.
