(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has approved the proposal of the State Bank of Vietnam to negotiate with the World Bank a support agreement and related legal documents for a clean water and rural sanitation program in 8 Red River delta provinces.

The negotiation will involve representatives from the President’s office, the Government office, and the Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Finance, and Justice, and the people’s Committees of 8 provinces and cities. The clean water and rural sanitation program was sponsored by the International Development Agency under the World Bank coordinated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and is being implemented between 2005 and 2013.
