(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended a ceremony on Saturday to launch the open trial of a road section connecting Ca Mau province with Vietnam’s southernmost cape. The 51.3km section was built at a cost of 170 million USD. The same day, Prime Minister Dung attended the ground-breaking ceremonies of the Hanoi flag post and the Khai Long wind-power plant in Ca Mau province.
