(VOVworld) – Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on Friday discussed with leaders of Binh Thuan province the implementation of socio-economic, defense and security tasks and party building.

He praised the achievements of the local party, government and people in recent years and attributed the achievements to the party’s reform efforts. He asked the province to further develop its economy while ensuring national defense, independence and sovereignty. The party leader said the province should make thorough preparations for party congresses at all levels.
