(VOVWORLD) Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has asked Party and State officials to hold regular contacts and dialogues with citizens. At a meeting with staff of the Office for Citizen Reception of the Party Central Committee and the State on Tuesday, Deputy PM Phuc urged them to boost the application of information technology and human resource development. He said administrations from central to local levels should be helpful and respect citizens’ opinions when people want to file complaints or petitions.
