Petrovietnam presses ahead with vaccination against COVID-19 to achieve dual goals
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) is working diligently to meet the dual goals of fighting the pandemic and maintaining production by vaccinating its employees.

Petrovietnam is one of Vietnam’s first state-owned businesses to conduct mass inoculationsto ensure health and safety for its employees and uninterrupted operations.
Petrovietnam’s vaccinations began on May 12 with priority given to those directly involved in production or working at construction sites and oil rigs.
Thousands of doses have been administered among its affiliates including the Vietnam-Russia oil and gas joint venture Vietsovpetro, PetroVietnam Gas Corporation JSC (PV Gas), PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP), and Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited.
As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc wordwide, vaccinations prove to be the only way for countries to return to normalcy.
