Themed "New Growth Horizons", the Dalian meeting is the second largest after the WEF Davos annual meeting. 1,600 delegates will be attending this year.

The Prime Minister of Vietnam is one of the few heads of government invited to the event for two consecutive years, showing how much the WEF and the international business community appreciate Vietnam's position, role, and contributions to global and regional growth.

The Prime Minister's trip is an opportunity for Vietnam to convey its view of issues, trends, and factors affecting world economic growth, and exchange its development mindset and views of national and global governance.

Prime Minister Chinh will have a busy schedule. This year, for the first time, he will give a speech at the opening plenary session with Chinese Premier Li Qiang and other leaders.

He will also speak at discussion sessions, chair dialogues, and meet with the business community. PM Chinh will share Vietnam's observations, assessments, and perspectives on the world economy, as well as prospects, opportunities, challenges, and the "big transitions" that are taking place in the world.

He will share Vietnam's socio-economic development achievements and the policies, vision, and macroeconomic management experience of the Party and Government of Vietnam, and will call for cooperation and synergy between WEF and its partners, especially in artificial intelligence, science, technology, and innovation.

Prime Minister Chinh will also conduct bilateral meetings with senior Chinese leaders.
