PM inspects key transport projects, pays tribute to late PM Pham Van Dong in Quang Ngai
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Sunday inspected the 125km Dung Quat-Sa Huynh coastal road project and the north-south expressway construction investment project, which run through Quang Ngai province.

The 88km Quang Ngai-Hoai Nhon section of the expressway project has a total investment of more than more than 850 million USD, will pass through the provinces of Quang Ngai (60.3km) and Binh Dinh (27.7km).
The Prime Minister visited locals and gave gifts to workers on construction sites and listened to reports on the progress of the project.
On Sunday morning, Prime Minister Chinh visited the memorial site of late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong and the photo gallery featuring the late leader’s career, wrote down some notes in the guestbook and plant a tree there.
Late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was born on March 1, 1906, in Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province. He was one of President Ho Chi Minh's best disciples, a talented and prestigious leader, a great cultural figure, and an excellent diplomat of the Party and State of Vietnam. The late Prime Minister passed away on April 29, 2000, at the age of 94.
