He asked Japanese experts to help Vietnam treat polluted water in Hanoi and other localities. Mr. Yamamura said Japan has a device with bio-nano technology and a super-rapid processing pace which can be laid at the bottom of the To Lich river to clean the river base. He said Japanese experts have surveyed the river in the last two years in the hope that the modern device will help Vietnam in waste water treatment.
