(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended a ceremony on Friday to mark the 20^th anniversary of Ninh Binh province and the 5^th anniversary of Ninh Binh City. He praised local Party organization and people’s achievements and urged them to implement the Party resolution on Party building: “Ninh Binh should promote creativeness and dynamism to fully exploit local resources for rapid and sustainable economic growth. Economic restructuring should be promoted in a modern and efficient way based on applications of science and technology in added value production. The province should develop tourism potential to turn itself into a key national tourism area.”

The province has made a 16% economic growth with more than 85% of production value generated by industrial, construction and service industries.
