(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday received several newly accredited ambassadors. When receiving Australian Ambassador Hugh Borrowman, the President called for more cooperation in areas of mutual strength, especially education and training. He told Nigerian Ambassador Mazi Okafor Mathias Ojih that Vietnam and Nigeria have potential in agricultural and telecom cooperation. Vietnam wished for Nigeria’s support for its bid for the country's membership at the UN Councils on Human Rights and Socio-Economy. When receiving German Ambassador Jutta Frasch, The President pledged support for her completion of mission in Vietnam for further bilateral cooperation. The President welcomed the new ambassadors representing Mongolia, Hungary and Israel. He told the new French Ambassador Jean Noel Poirier that he hoped for further improvement in bilateral strategic relations, as both countries will mark the 40^th anniversary of diplomatic ties next year.
