(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang has praised military corps No 1’s major contribution to national liberation and defense during its 40 years of service.

During his talks with the corps soldiers on Tuesday, the President urged the troops to improve their quality of training and to secure victory in any circumstances while preserving a firm political stance. He said the army should perform well the requirements of the Party resolution on Party building, as well as the movement to learn from President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.
