He said the draft program of socio-economic recovery and development must be combined with the implementation of the roadmap for step-by-step opening of the economy under the motto of safe and flexible adaptation and effective disease control.

The objective is to promote economic recovery and growth and create new impetus for socio-economic development, while ensuring a stable macroeconomic foundation, low inflation and balance of the economy, Mr. Chinh said. He urged a focus on the effective use of resources, economic restructuring, growth model reform, enhancement of productivity, quality, and competitiveness and the autonomy of the economy in line with socio-economic development plan in 2022 and the following years.
