(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his delegation returned to Hanoi on Saturday, concluding their official visits to Russia and Belarus. The Prime Minister’s trip not only helped tighten the time-honoured friendship, solidify trusted political relations with Russian and Belarusian leaders but also promote cooperation in many fields. It contributed to realizing the Vietnam-Russia strategic partnership through projects on energy, nuclear power, oil and gas and military technique. During the visit, Prime Minister Dung and his Russian and Belarusian counterparts, President Putin and President Lucashenko reached a high consensus on the two-year roadmap for ending the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations between Vietnam and the Customs Union of Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan. This will add a new driving force to expanding and promoting economic, trade and investment cooperation between Vietnam and Customs Union nations.
