(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has said Vietnam would do its utmost to boost cooperation with Russia in various fields, including energy. At a reception for Alexander Dyukov, CEO of Russia’s Gazprom Neft company, in Hanoi on Monday, Dung expressed his pleasure over the recent good cooperative results between Gazprom Neft and Vietnam National Petroleum Group. The Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for the Russian President Vladimir Putin’s upcoming visit to Vietnam, considering it a landmark event to deepen and broaden the Vietnam-Russia strategic partnership. He reiterated the Vietnamese government’s support for cooperative activities between Gazprom Neft and Vietnam National Petroleum Group for mutual benefit.

Dyukov expressed his hope that the Vietnamese government would continue to create favorable conditions for his company to expand its investment and cooperation activities in Vietnam.
