(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed a decree providing detailed guidelines for labor licenses for foreign workers in the Labor Code. According to the decree, foreign workers in Vietnam who have no labor licenses could be deported. The decree which will take effect from November regulates labor licenses, deportation and which job positions that are allowed to employ foreign workers. Every year, employers except for contractors must specify their need of foreign workers and report to Chairmen of provincial or municipal People's Committees.
