Russia, Ukraine negotiating mutual concessions in secret talks

(VOVWORLD) - Russia and Ukraine are reportedly engaged in secret talks aimed at negotiating mutual concessions, according to Germany's Die Zeit weekly.

The publication cited sources indicating that the discussions are focused on halting attacks on energy facilities, a prisoner exchange, the situation of Ukrainian children displaced by the conflict, and the revival of the Black Sea grain deal.

The talks have reportedly taken place in Copenhagen, Kyiv, Davos (Switzerland), and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). The Group of Seven (G7) and China are closely monitoring developments.
