(VOVworld) -  Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant-General Truong Quang Khanh has praised contributions by Anatoly Chuprynov, Charge d’affaires of the Russian Embassy to Vietnam, to boosting the traditional friendship and comprehensive partnership between Vietnam and Russia.

At a reception in Hanoi on Monday, Khanh particularly highlighted the expansion of Vietnamese-Russian military cooperation pursuant to reached agreements.

Anatoly Chuprynov who is in charge of technology and military cooperation said Russian army and people always attach great importance to developing its friendship, cooperation, and strategic partnership with Southeast Asian nations including Vietnam.
