He was addressing a meeting with provincial leaders on Thursday:“To promote the provincial sea port advantages, the province should cooperate with ministries and sectors to create favorable transport infrastructure for a smooth flow and export of commodities in the key southern economic area and the Mekong Delta.”The President visited the Cai Mep-Thi Vai port and local industrial zone and listened to proposals to clear up inventory and stimulate business growth
