Symposium discusses sustainable development measures
(VOVWORLD) -Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics hosted a symposium on conditions for Vietnam’s rapid and sustainable development in the new context.
There were 40 presentations sent to the symposium in Hanoi on Wednesday. Participants said despite initial gains of growth, Vietnam’s economy is facing problems such as lack of sustainability, backward technology, poor competitiveness, high business costs, and low efficiency.
Participants suggested that Vietnam build strategies to protect national security from sabotage acts in any form and to maintain a peaceful environment for rapid and sustainable economic growth.
