(VOVworkd)-The exhibition to mark 10 years of development in the Mekong Delta region concluded as part of celebration of southern liberation and national reunification on April 30. The event attracted more than 450,000 visitors and offered business opportunities to sign contracts worth more than 10 trillion dong. Nguyen Phong Quang is from the Southwestern Steering Board:“The exhibition and trade fair have introduced to visitors a Mekong delta region full of potential, especially in rice production and aquaculture. This is a good opportunity to promote the image and products in the Mekong Delta to highlight the Party’s guideline to develop farming and agriculture.”
